“As an architect, I always aim to create spaces with a special atmosphere. For me, MA is the very essence of this, a room synonymous with the absolute luxury of time and serenity. The MA is made exclusively of ecological materials, meaning that it is built for eternity in every respect. My wish is that the values MA stands for—sustainability, durability, inspiration, and taking one’s time—are adopted by society. That’s why MA is built to be passed down to each generation like a fine watch.”

Erwin Stricker
Entrepreneur, building systems expert, founder, CEO
Erwin Stricker (*1974) is an experienced entrepreneur with visionary foresight for product development. He demonstrated these qualities early on as a young founder and has since proven them many times over in a number of companies. After selling the business, he devoted himself to an energy extraction company, taking it all the way through going public on the Austrian stock market as a member of the board. Specialized in building systems, solar power, and sustainable energy systems, he made a significant contribution to the winning Austrian entry to the Solar Decathlon, the “world cup of future building”, in California, USA. “I am driven by the development of beautiful and perfect products, focusing on absolute functionality and utmost quality in every detail. For me, perfection is only achieved when the design fulfills a spirit of the times that spans decades. In my mind, therefore, perfection is equivalent to sustainability. At MA, our goal is achieved by providing a space for individuals from all over the world to retreat, giving them a place to focus on the essentials—because flow brings quality of life. MA creates those magical everyday moments, the added value.”

Fabian Weidinger
Financial expert, founder, shareholder, and managing director
Fabian Weidinger (*1984) studied at the Danube University Krems, where he laid the foundation for his career in finance and real estate. In addition to personal projects, he was also responsible for the BKS BANK group as the sole partner for real estate in the Eastern Austria region. This experience inspired a passion for groundbreaking real estate development and enthusiasm for novel business models. It also led him to join a venture capital fund based in Amsterdam that currently manages around ten company investments plus several direct and indirect holdings. As the owner of several properties in Burgenland, Vienna, Lower Austria, Styria, and Carinthia, he is extensively networked in the real estate industry.
“For me, MA is the answer to so many questions about flexibility in the construction and real estate industry. MA is a space filled with possibilities—just change its location and move right in. This means that MA is always where it needs to be. I see great potential both in the private sector and in office solutions. MA gives you privay for meetings right in front of company headquarters, at the construction site, or at trade fairs. Whether you buy or rent. MA opens the door to a whole new business model—and, of course, to a whole new kind of space: MA is the future of working and living.”
